If you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply.
For all orders placed in Metropolitan France or the European Union(excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees are required.
How long will it take to get my package?
METROPOLITAN FRANCE
The delivery in France is ensured by Colissimo. The indicative delivery time is 24/48 hours AFTER receipt of the shipment confirmation email indicating receipt of the goods by the carrier. This time is indicative, valid on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may vary depending on the time of year.
EUROPEAN UNION AND OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
For the European Union (including Switzerland), the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and 6 to 12
working days for the rest of the world (excluding weekends and public holidays). This time is indicative and may vary depending on certain
periods of the year.
How can I track my order ?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your order.Do not hesitate to consult it regularly to be sure not to miss the delivery of your order.
I am not present at the time of delivery of my order, what should I do ?
If your parcel cannot be delivered because you are not present, the carrier will be able to offer you several solutions such as dropping it off at a neighbor's house, dropping it off at a drop-off point or even trying to deliver it again. Do not hesitate to look at your tracking number in order to know more details about your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order ?
Since our orders are automatically transferred to the logistics department, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify an order that has already been validated. Please be sure of your information and ordered items during the purchase and before validation of the order.
I haven't received any email since I placed my order, what should I do ?
You may have entered your email address incorrectly or the email may have gone to spam.

My order is marked as delivered but I have not received anything, what can I do ?

How do I know the status of my order ?
Just after the validation of your order you will receive by e-mail a summary of your order. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible by our teams. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail containing your tracking number.
I would like to make a return to be refunded, how can I do ?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order without the need to justify it.
To make a return, please contact us first at the e-mail address order@kashmire.com with your order number.
The articles must be in their original condition without having been
worn or washed in their original packaging. If not, the return will not
be accepted.Once received, your parcel will be examined (condition, smell,
container). Please note that if your returned items are not in their
original condition, we will not be able to accept your return, and will
be obliged to return them to you.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
You have 14 days after validation of your return to send the parcel.
The e-mail of confirmation from the SAV will be considered as validation of the return.
After this period, we will be obliged to refuse your return.
How long does a refund take ?
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will proceed to its refund as soon as possible. The customer service will confirm you the refund of your order as soon as it is done. The refund is made on the payment method used during the purchase and is effective within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
I would like to exchange an item, how to do it ?
You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please send an email with your order number and the item you wish to exchange to order@kashmire.com
Customer service will confirm the possibility of an exchange with another item if the chosen size is still available.
