This website is operated by Kashmire. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Kashmire team. Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before accessing our website and using our services. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Purpose

These conditions aim to define the terms of ordering, payment and delivery between the website www.kashmire2889561843569591987.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and the customer.

2. Products

All products offered for sale on the website www.kashmire2889561843569591987.com are available while stocks last. The products available on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred regarding this presentation, Kashmire cannot be held liable. Photographs of the products offered may have slight variations (colors, sizes, shapes).

3. Order Process

The customer can select items from our product range and add them to their cart. By clicking on the “Order” button, the customer finalizes the order of the products in the cart. Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the details of their order at any time. It is also mandatory to accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. Placing your order constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the ordered products. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming receipt and the details of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All our packages are shipped via La Poste services. Shipping fees for any order placed in mainland France are fixed and indicated by the seller within the form completed during the order process. The seller undertakes to process the order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the order. The indicated times are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and shipping time of the order (departure from the warehouse). They begin from the validation of the order.

5. Dispatch

All purchased items are shipped within 20 business days after the order, although the majority are shipped within 10 to 12 business days. Your delivery may, in case of high demand, take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you have still not received your purchase after 30 days, please contact us via the contact form.

6. Liability

Kashmire is not responsible for any losses or damages you may suffer if these losses or damages result from force majeure, if they are attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or if they are attributable to you. If the customer's address is incorrect, Kashmire cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. This period is extended until the first following business day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number. To organize a return, contact us via the form provided for this purpose.

8. Price and Payment Terms

The price of products is displayed in euros. For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, customs duties will be requested from the customer upon delivery.

9. Secure Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Payment in installments is not accepted.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code), allowing the user to return delivered products that are defective or non-compliant. 11. Intellectual Property
